Authorizations: View services and treatment plans that have been authorized and/ or approved.

Missing Services: View Member missing services and pro-actively work with your providers to complete for your better health.

Appeals and Grievances: Check the status of each Appeals and Grievances created by you or some one else on behalf of you and follow-up with payer.

Call Tracking: Check the status of each call made to Payer and reason for the call.
